After you order

What happens next, and how to cancel while it's waiting.

After you choose Order, you'll see a confirmation. The studio opens your listing, confirms the address and the agent in the video, gathers the photos and starts your video. We email you when it's ready.

While an order is still waiting for the studio's check, you can cancel it from the order page with Cancel & return credits.
