These terms cover your use of Listing in Motion, a listing-video service for licensed real estate agents and brokerages in the United States. Accounts. You must hold an active real estate license and give accurate account, license and brokerage information. We may verify your license before producing videos and may pause or close accounts that break these terms. Credits and orders. One credit buys one Listing Package. Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. Credits granted by the studio follow the expiry shown in your account. Your listings and content. You confirm that you are authorized to market each listing, that the information you give is accurate, and that you have the rights to every photo, logo and piece of branding you upload. We do not alter what listing photos show. You review every video before posting it and are responsible for following your brokerage, MLS, fair-housing and advertising rules. AI voiceover, when used, is disclosed. Revisions. One revision round is included with each Listing Package. Mistakes we make are corrected at no charge. Additional change rounds cost 0.25 credit. Delivery. Finished files are delivered in your account and may also be shared by download link. We may pause production or disable links while we review a rights, accuracy or fair-housing concern. Failed or rejected orders. If an order fails or the studio rejects it, its credits are returned automatically. See the refund policy for details. Changes and contact.
